Bundled Business Coaching – 

1. Premium Coaching Bundle:

• 2 x 1 hour private executive management coaching sessions per month
• Development and maintenance of an Optimize Business Executive Business Plan
• 1 x 1.5 hour Monthly Business Plan Performance Review
• Monthly Performance Scorecard template (basis for Performance Review)
• 1 x 2 flexible hours (can be used for facilitated workshops like strategy development, crisis management, innovation labs, focus groups, etc or used as additional private coaching sessions)
• Unlimited email and phone support

2. Basic Coaching Bundle: 

• 2 x 1 hour private executive management coaching sessions per month
• Development and maintenance of an Optimize Business Basic Action Plan
• Monthly Performance Scorecard template (basis for Performance Review)
• Additional Flexible hours (can be used for facilitated workshops like strategy development, crisis management, innovation labs, focus groups, etc or used as additional private coaching sessions) will need to be purchased at the hourly rate

Casual Coaching – 

Casual support from Optimize Business coaches and consultants is available.  This includes personal business coaching, team building, strategy and Action Plan facilitation workshops. Coaching bundles represent the most value for money.

Social media and other services –

We specialise in social media strategy, execution and training and have developed two unique social media service packs for pharmacies and accountants, financial planners and advisers.

Social media, web and traditional content development are also available at a casual hourly rate unless specified separately on a per campaign, assignment or engagement basis.
